• Improving the quality of working life (good work).
• Addressing unemployment and social inclusion.

is based on the understanding that:

• Religion and culture have been a factor in exclusion, discrimination and injustice.
• The positive contribution of religion and culture to new ways of thinking about work and the creation of new employment is often neglected.

will work with the experiences of those most affected in order to:

• Improve understanding of the actualities of social and economic exclusion in relation to religion and culture in different contexts.
• Exchange experience and learning about the contribution of religions and cultures to new thinking about work and employment.
• Create and share tools, know-how and learning resources for local engagement with people who are unemployed or who face bad working conditions.
